Organically grown in the warm temperatures of the East Bay these peaches are amazing. They have a very short season, and my amazing mother-in-law and her bestie spoiled us and gifted us with these ripe beauties. Who can say no to seasonal fruit, fresh picked at their perfect ripeness? Not us at Ravenwood Farms and we are giddy with excitement! We wanted to enhance light flavors of the peach, for them to be elevated, not overpowered with too much sugar or extra flavors. Our kids had a great time taste testing this over vanilla ice cream. but this jam could be tossed into a pastry crust, spooned on top some crusty homemade Sourdough, or slathered on a stay of hot pancakes. It’s seasonal, like the spring weather we’re enjoying, so get some while it last!
