Quince Meyer Lemon Marmalade

Limited, seasonal flavor that is packed full of flavor. This marmalade will smack your mouth with the flavors of meyer lemon and sweet, floral quince. We didn’t skimp on texture either with tons of lemon zest with caramelized, roasted quince. It’s lightly pink and would be beautiful spread on fresh biscuits, thinned and glazed onto baked goods or wherever traditional marmalade is needed. We recently added some to our chicken stir fry for a fun alternative to orange chicken!

We kept this simple, well as simple as you can when our hands are making it. We take the pale quince and cook it until it turns pretty and pink. Then we add lots of meyer lemon juice, cane sugar, and plenty of strips of lovely thin lemon skin.
