Quince Jam
We could rant ages about the history of the humble, strange quince fruit. In fact, I’ll blog a bit about it- Check it out to learn more! Quince is a beautiful addition to a cheese board and can be added as a glaze to tarts or pies. We cook our version to a wonderful ruby color and leave it a little softer than the famous Spanish version. We like to make cocktails with it— like a hot toddy for a fun fall version. The sky’s the limit!
