We took lots of fresh dark red raspberries, pink rhubarb, and delicious apples from Ravenwood Orchard’s 80 year old trees and made them sing. Adding our signature minimal sugar with meyer lemon juice, and a good amount of organic ground ginger this recipe sings. Wonderful on it’s own on crusty sourdough bread we have been adding it to our Greek yogurt with granola, baking bar cookies, or just eating it by the spoonful. You name it and I am sure this new, tasty jam would be amazing on it.
